I got the plaque on the left as well as a certificate and a pin of John Philip Sousa’s head. As for the figure on the right, my band director always gives out senior awards made of nuts and bolts. The figures are doing what each individual does (i.e. playing saxophone, holding a flag for color guard, playing flute).
